Refund Policy

The tool comes with a 12 days refund period. If you think the product doesn't fit your needs, you only need to contact us using the email or the helpdesk, and we'll cancel your subscription and send your money back without further questions. You'll receive the money back at your credit card within a few days.

Upgrades and custom development

If you decide to enable any additional plugin or upgrade your plan within a subscription period, the proportional amount calculated until the end of the period will be charged, and you will be able to use the new functions inmediately.

Once the refund period expires, you can cancel either the whole plan or any specific add-on using your dashboard panel. You can use the add-on and/or your current subscription normally until the end of the current period and it won't be charged again for the next renewal.

You can freely change your payment period (monthly/yearly) from your dashboard and it will apply for the next renewals.

There are some specific features (mostly related to custom development) for which you need to request quote, you can contact us at any time in order to receive a quick quote in advance. You only need to specify the functions needed posting us a message from your personal helpdesk.

Taxes and invoices

All prices shown at this website don't include taxes (where applicable). We are tied to the EU taxing rules for electronically supplied services. This means if you are located in any EU country we have to charge the VAT rate applicable in Spain (from 1/1/2019), unless you provide a valid VAT number at your billing form. No taxes are applicable for other countries. You will be able to download your invoices at any time from your account dashboard.

Data Protection

The data collected at this website is your username, password and email address used to access the site, and your invoice data if any paid plan is purchased, which in no case will be transferred to third parties, shared with other users, or used for promotional purposes.

You can ask for access, correction, cancellation and opposition regarding your data contacting with the site administrator at the following email address: contact@xlsjuice.com We only store your user information in order to grant you access to private customer sections. This doesn't include payment information that is requested at credit card processor (currently Stripe), which is the only authority that handles and stores your financial information.

All information upload for creating your calculators will remain private regardeless of the plan you choose for using the system. Users visiting your calculators won't see which are your formulas, internal prices or calculation methods (even if they check the source code of the page), as your excel template will be server-processed and won't be shared in any way.

Use limits

We have a maximum number of Submissions/executions per month depending on your current plan that we think is wide enough to cover normal functions. You will be receiving an email warning you that your calculator/s are reaching the maximum number of executions in order to can take any action, please contact us in case you need to increase your threshold, forever or during any specific period.

Cookies and other tracking technologies

As is true of most websites, we use cookies and other tracking mechanisms to recognize you across the website and provide certain functionality. The site checkout and the private dashboard uses cookies tied to Personal Data for their essential operation, such as maintaining the security of authenticated user sessions. While you can disable cookies used at the browser level, it is not recommended because certain features and/or controls may not function as designed or as required to effectively and securely use the Service.

Submissions and private content:

You acknowledge that you are responsible for the all the information, documents, messages, and other content or file that you submit, upload, post or otherwise make available on or through the tool, and that you have full responsibility for each such submission you make, including its legality, reliability, appropriateness, and trademark and copyright ownership.

Disclaimer

In no case Moonsoft will be liable for damages of any kind (including, without limitation, lost profits, direct, indirect, compensatory, or any other specific damage) arising out of your use of, your inability to use, or the performance of this website or the content created by the tool.

This Agreement shall be interpreted, construed and governed by the Spanish laws.

Moonsoft reserves the right to terminate your access to your account, your ability to post to this Site (or the services) and remove any Submissions, for any action that Moonsoft determines is inappropriate or disruptive to this Site or to any other user of this Site and/or services. Moonsoft may report to law enforcement authorities any actions that may be illegal, and any reports it receives of such conduct. When legally required or at Moonsoft's discretion, we will cooperate with law enforcement agencies in any investigation of alleged illegal activity on this Site or on the Internet.

We reserve the right to change this Agreement, prices, information and available contractual license terms featured on this website without notice. We will provide notice of material changes to this Agreement on the home page of this website. Your continued use of this website, or any services or materials accessible through it, after such notice has been posted constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
